Now lets think about what other teams with this problem have been doing. Lets take Jacksonville, for example. Losing two of their lineman without having adequate replacements have 1) taken away the effectiveness of Fred Taylor and 2) meant that theyve had to use MJD on short passes out in the flat. Mewelde has similar skills to MJD (though possibly not the talent), and his best numbers have come in the short passing game.
