The discussion of interest is well, interesting. It seems our money is created by debt. New money is added into the system only as principal on a loan. When the loan is paid back the principal disappears and so does the money in the system (that is before it gets loaned out again in fractional reserve banking). As such, the only money working about in the economy is principal. If that is true, then where does the money come to pay interest? Is this why Christianity used to despise interest and Islam still does (selectively that is)? And even though Jews charged interest, didnt they also have Jubilee years where people were made whole (debts forgiven)? Please expound on this for us!
I know this if off topic but I’m looking into starting my own weblog and was wondering what all is needed to get set up? I’m assuming having a blog like yours would cost a pretty penny? I’m not very web savvy so I’m not 100% certain. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated. Cheers
Believe it or not, the best pitcher for the Giants to make a MAJOR trade with is Cain. Career record is modest at best despite good stats. Value is likely at its highest. Trade him to the Mets in a blockbuster deal to get Wright and Reyes, while giving up Cain, Panda and a few prospects. I am not kidding.
