G.I. Joe Mighty Muggs Vinyl Figures Wave 1

Last time our list of Mighty Muggs left out the G.I. Joe line. Well, here they are!

Wave 1 (meaning there will be a lot more waves to come!) will include the following, individually pacakged:

If you join the GI Joe Club by March 16th 2009 you’ll be eligible to receive this free 3-3/4 inch figure. Per GI Joe Club the details are as follows:

The 2009 FREE 3 3/4″ Membership figure is the vintage-style “Undertow” in the JoeCon05: Iron Grenadier colors! This figure is part of Destro’s Elite Frogmen. Now is your chance to own this figure and add to your Iron Grenadier forces. The free figure has a removable weapons/accessories, including sea sled. Additional figures will be available for Club members to purchase. This figure is the perfect compliment to the JoeCon figure set! Join or Renew your G.I. Joe Club membership by March 16th, 2009.

There is also a 12″ free figure but that is only available to “officer” level members.

If you miss the GI Joes that were released prior to the new 25th Ann, you are semi in luck.  Hasbro has gone and started to release Joes with O rings in the Incredible Hulk line for Mr Hulk to beat up on. One of the figures has a new head, but over all these remind me of those good old knock off pick and save toys. More pictures after the break.

Recently we are Toy Retard were able to take a few pictures of Soze’s (from Animepunch.com) massive single card 25th anniversary G. I. Joe collection.  Soze has been an avid collector of other toys, but this is the first time we have seen his GI Joe items.  He does promise that he has more than just single card though.  More comic 2 packs/battle packs on the way.
